“Come in un sogno anni Ottanta” prende vita e nuova forma l’appartamento milanese di Valerio Leone e Nastya Shershen, stilista che ha lavorato per Jil Sander e Dolce&Gabbana, lui, modella e musa ispiratrice, lei, con due figli Chloe e Sascha. Il progetto di restyling è firmato da Hannes Peer , architetto di origini altoatesine, milanese di adozione, che ha esaudito il desiderio della coppia di uno spazio più ampio e dal carattere borghese, che al tempo stesso non li avrebbe annoiati. Peer ha ripreso la storia del luogo sovrapponendo elementi dei
’60 e ’70 con la tradizione modernista, in un crogiolo di stili e contrasti stratificati. Se per i toni di beige e greige, lo stile della camera da letto richiama le atmosfere delle campagne pubblicitarie di Giorgio Armani e del film “American Gigolò”; nello specifico la collaborazione con Krei si è esplicitata nella selezione e realizzazione del marmo Giallo Siena selezionato per il camino disegnato dallo stesso Peer e realizzato da Fratelli Marmo. Per il bagno un lavoro su misura in marmo Verde Antigua , mentre per la pavimentazione, una selezione di rosso levanto per realizzare una tipica palladiana.

Hannes Peer Architecture is an architecture and design studio that specializes in luxury retail, hospitality and residential spaces, founded in 2009 and based in Milan. The constant theme is the search for eclecticism as well as high quality in the design at all scales through the study of the close relationship between architecture, historical context and new technologies mediating between craftsmanship and industrial production. The language used in the design is stratified and eclectic, uniting poetic vision and rigorous design. The studio’s projects are recognizable by their strong iconographic identity, based upon continuous research on colours and materials and the contamination between the various contemporary languages. The style is a mix of traditional and contemporary, the overlapping of different styles, highlighting the respect for historical elements, including and superimposing contemporary elements, giving the whole project a sense of eclecticism and uniqueness.
